A Twitter follower of Brookhaven Patch alerted us to the fact that Elwoods Pizza in Cherokee Plaza had gone out of business. Elwoods Facebook page indicates that its last day of operation was May 21.
This past week, I learned that one of my favorite sushi spots, Sushi Mania, is now only open for dinner. A restaurant shrinking its hours of operations is usually never a good sign.
While Kroger continues to work with county officials and neighborhood leaders to expand, we want to know your thoughts on Cherokee Plaza as well as, what would you like to see go into the old Elwood’s space?
