Three North Fulton teens were arrested for underage drinking and marijuana possession on their way home from a 311 concert after a Johns Creek Police officer pulled over a vehicle with an expired tag on July 21 on Medlock Bridge Road.
He said the vehicle was occupied by five people, all appearing to be teenagers. The officer asked the driver where they were coming from, and the driver said they had all gone to a 311 concert at Lakewood.
The officer stated in the report that he found this significant as other law enforcement officers have said that 311 concerts are often the scene of widespread drug and alcohol use.
The officer said he could smell alcohol coming from the vehicle, gathered everyone’s id’s and asked the driver to step out of the vehicle.
