(Savannah, GA) The Target Store at Savannah Mall was a maze of shoppers friday. Many looking for back to school items from uniforms to computers to that long list of school supplies. And in most cases, most of what they buy can be tax free, at least until midnight Saturday. The tax free holiday from the state of Georgia is in full swing.
