(Savannah, GA) The Target Store at Savannah Mall was a maze of shoppers friday. Many looking for back to school items from uniforms to computers to that long list of school supplies. And in most cases, most of what they buy can be tax free, at least until midnight Saturday. The tax free holiday from the state of Georgia is in full swing.
We found Amanda Cintron shopping for school supplies for her five children. “Tax free is a big deal to me,” she said. “I think any amount would be great but if I could save 20 or 30 dollars, with five kids that would be great. That means lunch, or a meal for the kids.”
