The good news? Temperatures are cooler today and should continue to cool down through the weekend.
The bad news? There could be rain throughout the week. And the National Weather Service is telling north and central Georgia residents to look out for severe weather Wednesday night – just like Tuesday night.
The forecast for the evening calls for showers and thunderstorms before 11 p.m. and up to 2 a.m. Tonights temperatures will be lower tonight in the cloudy weather – with a low around 70 degrees.
The isolated, violent thunderstorms are possible for a broad swath of Georgia, including DeKalb, Cherokee, Clayton, Cobb, Gwinnett, north Fulton, and many others.
