Lightning, strong winds and rain pushed through the Coastal Empire this afternoon.
Sirens sounded after a Thunderbolt firefighter reported seeing a funnel cloud near the President Street boat ramp heading toward Talahi Island.
It was estimated to be 150 to 200 yards wide.
Weather watchers snapped pictures of a limb down in Pulaski Square in downtown Savannah.
And several trees split in half at Colonial Park Cemetery.
