District 6 State Senate Candidates Josh Belinfante, Drew Ellenbburg and Hunter Hill will participate in a public forum on Saturday morning at the Galleria.
Moderated by Dick Yarbrough of the Marietta Daily Journal, the forum will be held from 10:30-11:30 a.m., in the lobby of the 200 Galleria building.
Each candidate will make a four minute opening statement and a three minute closing statement. In between, the candidates will answer questions. Attendees will write down questions and submit them to the moderator.
Belinfante, who served on the Sandy Springs Charter Commission in 2011, commented the Supreme Court’s health care ruling in a public letter. In part, he said: “The decision fundamentally alters the role of the federal government in our everyday lives; it undermines the limits of federalism that our founders held so dear.
