South Cobb High students, along with students from all over the Atlanta Metro area, are attending the Safe America Transportation Academy’s, “Do It For Mom” event on May 5 at the Atlanta Motor Speedway.
More than 5,000 students, parents and supporters are expected to attend the annual event aimed at keeping teen drivers safe. Featured will be Tia Norfleet, (pictured above) NASCAR driver, and other special guests.
South Cobb High was the first school to pilot the Safe America academy program, and graduated 100 percent of its students.
