Andrea Sneiderman is seeking resolution with her in-laws over visitation with her two children, according to the Atlanta-Journal Constitution.
According to her attorney, Sneiderman is not opposed to allowing her in-laws visitation with, however, she is opposed to court-ordered visitation.
Up to this point, the children have not been allowed to visit their grandparents in Ohio.
Hemy Neuman, Sneiderman’s former boss, was convicted in the death of Rusty Sneiderman, Andrea Sneiderman’s husband.
Andrea Sneiderman was suspected in being involved in the death by both the defense and the prosecution during the trial. Dekalb District Attorney Robert James has not brought charges against Andrea Sneiderman.
Andrea Sneiderman is also facing a wrongful death civil suit from her brother in-law, Steve Sneiderman.
