Hundreds of Paulding residents will put cancer on notice tonight as the county’s annual Relay for Life event begins at White Oak Park in Dallas.
As of early Friday, 725 participants and 69 teams had signed up to participate, with more than $52,000 raised for the fight against cancer, according to the Relay for Life of Paulding County website. The latter number could increase as teams raise funds through the evening and until the event’s Saturday morning conclusion.
