Two Stone Mountain teens are in the Gwinnett County jail, charged with the September robbery of the Wells Fargo Bank on Killian Hill, ajc.com reported.
Tevin Contrell Jones, 18, was arrested April 16, and Kentay Okera Fields, 17, was taken in on Friday, the report said.
The two are allegedly the pair that went into the bank twice, leaving again to change clothes, on Sept. 16, before demanding money from a teller the third time. The teller slipped a dye pack into the bank bag, which exploded when the robbers left the building.
Police got a tip, the ajc.com report said, and investigators were able to match prints at the bank from the suspects.
After the robbery, Wells Fargo offered as much as $5,000 for information leading to the suspects’ arrest.
