“A jury of nine women and three men found Hemy Neuman guilty but mentally ill in the 2010 killing of Russell “Rusty” Sneiderman.
Judge Gregory Adams, who called Sneiderman’s death “an execution,” sentenced Neuman to the maximum sentence allowed __ life in prison without possibility of parole. Adams also imposed a five year sentence for using a gun in the commission of a felony.” – Dunwoody Patch
