57th Fighter Group was chosen as the best place to take mom for Mother’s Day Brunch in this week’s Readers Choice Poll.
Although only a few readers voted, an overwhelming majority of those were cast for the 57th who garnered 80 percent of the votes, and Haven with one percent of the vote.
The 57th Fighter Group closed for a while but reopened in 2009. Renovated and refreshed, the restaurant located DeKalb Peachtree Airport, has hosted many special groups and parties - among the community’s most memorable was the book signing of former GOP presidential candidate Herman Cain.
Mother’s Day Brunch Buffet at the 57th will be held May 13 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Click on the photo for the flyer in pdf.
