At last week’s regular meeting of the DeKalb County Zoning Board of Appeals, DeKalb Commissioner Jeff Rader, who represents much of Brookhaven and Chamblee, presented the outgoing board chair with a proclamation.
“Bonnie Jackson is the longest-serving board member – on any board – in DeKalb County,” Rader said. “So on the occasion of her retirement, we have proclaimed today Bonnie Jackson Day in DeKalb County.”
The meeting was held on May 10.
