Hi, my name is Bell. I’m a pretty 3-year-old, 10-pound girl with a sweet personality who came into the shelter as a stray on Aug. 11 and will become available for adoption this Saturday, Aug. 18. I’m up to date on shots, and will be spayed if not already, combo tested and microchipped.
