Smyrna Woman Killed in Douglasville Car Crash
The two people killed in the crash Wednesday morning on Thornton Road in Douglasville have been identified, according to Gordy Wright, spokesman for the Georgia State Patrol.
Michelle Kamika Chinnis, 35, from Smyrna, was the driver of the Nissan and died after being extricated; and Tracy P. Downer, 44, from Atlanta was the passenger in the Nissan and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Austell Gay Christian Group to Hold First Sunday Service
The gay Christian group started in Austell will hold its first Sunday service this week.
The group is looking for musicians, ushers and readers.
According to the Free to Be Me Worship Ministries Meetup page, the group also needs ordained ministers.
