Executive Director, Family Haven
Family Haven is a non-profit organization that provides temporary, emergency shelter and program services to victims of domestic violence located in Forsyth County and servicing surrounding counties.
The Executive Director is responsible for managing and leading the temporary, emergency shelter and thrift store; managing a staff of 15; cultivating key relationships with community officials and nonprofit leaders; ensuring compliance with the GA Family Violence Act and GOCF regulations. The Executive Director reports to the Board of Directors.
Required Skills Include (but not limited to):
- Demonstrated business acumen (including experience preparing budgets and managing financial performance to budget)
- Demonstrated experience in performance management (establishing goals, monitoring performance and accountability, coaching and providing feedback);
- Demonstrated leadership and experience in leading and managing an organization, processes
