Whether they’re planning cookouts or kids’ activities, some Stone Mountain communities are participating in the 27th annual National Night Out on Tuesday, Aug.7 (check the attached PDF from DeKalb County listing participating neighborhoods).
Among them: Hairston Lake, Waters Edge, and Les Chateaux.
The event is sponsored by the National Association of Town Watch and co-sponsored locally by DeKalb County Police Crime Awareness Units and Interactive Community Policing Units.
