Job title: Maintenance planner/scheduler

Job description:
- Plans, schedules and develops bill of materials for all maintenance activities in the facility to improve effectiveness of maintenance resources
- Compiles information to develop scope of work, work priority, resources requirements, pick lists, work sequence, permits and schedule. Requires site visits to assess the scope of the work and required maintenance
- Communicate with staff, vendors and contractors as needed to gather and research information
- Procure, coordinate, schedule and direct vendors and contractors to minimize costs and ensure quality work
- Prepares and maintains logs, forms and reports in CMMS and performs additional duties
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in manufacturing and/or technical related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Three years of progressively responsible trades experience in water and wastewater treatment plant equipment or similar industrial equipment, to include two years of experience in computerized maintenance management systems, such as MAXIMO, SAP or
