Dunwoody Police officers briefly shut down I-285 westbound between Chamblee and Ashford Dunwoody roads Thursday morning in order to stop a driver headed the wrong direction.
The shut down occurred around 5 a.m., according to Dunwoody Police. The driver was stopped safely and then arrested for suspicion of DUI, according to Dunwoody Police. One minor accident occurred as a result of the wrong-way driver.
