In this week’s Home $weet Home, we look at listed foreclosures in the Kirkwood neighborhood.
Once a seperate city, Kirkwood, founded in 1899, became annexed into Atlanta in 1922.
The neighborhood, which derives its name from the merging of two prominent families’ names — the Kirkpatricks and Dunwoodys — is known for its Victorian and Crafstman style homes.
