The Old Town Tucker Merchants Association kicks off its latest venture, Green Market on Main, this Sunday, April 29, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m in downtown Tucker.
Described as a weekly market that connects the Tucker community to local farmers and producers, the event will take place every Sunday until the end of October.
OTTMA President Linda Karr told Tucker Patch: “We’re excited to be bringing Green Market on Main to the community. They have been asking for this and it’s great that we’ve been able to make it happen – due in a large part to the community volunteers who sit on that committee.”
Main Street will be closed from 9 a.m. til 3 p.m on market days from Railroad Avenue to First Street, and detours will be marked.
