For Friday’s get Up and Go, we’re going about 15 miles east of Atlanta to downtown Tucker, Georgia.
Saturday is the annual Tucker Day celebration! The festivities kickoff at 9 a.m. as Tucker Middle School students perform our National Anthem. From then on, it is non-stop entertainment on not one, not two, but three stages with live music!
The Joe Gransden quartet will be there, so will the Blacktop Rockets, Bill Turpin and the Shoulderbone Creek Orchestra, and the Joe McGuiness Trio.
There will be arts and crafts booths, festival food, Kids zone and pony rides!
Tucker Day is Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
