A former Fort Stewart soldier who admitted to having sex with four underage girls was separated from the Army without being prosecuted, but may yet face civilian charges, according to a Fayetteville Observer report.

The soldier — who was not named in the story because he has not been charged with a crime — was given a general discharge in January after admitting to having sexual encounters with four underage girls while he was stationed at Fort Bragg, N.C.

According to the Observer, the soldier admitted to military investigators at Fort Stewart that he’d had sex with three 14-year-old girls and one 15-year-old girl in separate encounters in 2005 while he was stationed at Bragg.
