One of a series of statewide conferences for day care center employees will be held Saturday at Macon State College to teach ways to support language and literacy learning in infant and toddler classrooms.
Between 150 and 200 people have registered for the all-day training, and there is now a waiting list, said Reg Griffin, communications director for the Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning.
