The Dunwoody Police Department was the site of the fourth annual National Prescription Drug Take Back event on Saturday.
Fox5Atlanta is reporting the event as a success, as Dunwoody teamed up with the Drug Enforcement Agency and Safe Kids Georgia as well as several other law enforcement agencies for the event.
The national program, part of a highly successful national campaign, collected 377,086 pounds of pharmaceuticals in October 2011.
