Republican Presidential candidate Mitt Romney announced Wisconsin Congressman Paul Ryan as his running mate during a campaign stop in Virginia today, Saturday, Aug. 11.
Ryan is chairman of the House Budget Committee and has been in Congress since 1999. He’s best known this session for his budget plan that includes an overhaul of Medicare, FoxNews.com reports.
