Accounts of the following incidents are based on Powder Springs police reports.
Theft of More Than $500, sometime between March 21 and April 7, 3500 block of Flowering Springs: A woman told police jewelry had been taken from her bedroom, though there weren’t any signs of forced entry into her home. The woman said her grandson had lived with her temporarily, and it’s possible he could have taken the jewelry. She didn’t immediately know where he was.
Theft of More Than $500 and Criminal Trespassing, sometime between March 28-29, 3700 block of Macedonia Road: A woman told police someone came into her backyard through an unlocked fence door and took a lawnmower. There were three lawnmowers back there, but only the one was taken.
