A Norcross-based construction company is being cited on six safety violations at a residential work site in Cumming, according to a press release from the Department of Labor.
The DOL’s Occupational Safety and Health administration had cited LRG Framing Inc., located at 5731 Glenn Hollow Court, for $66,660 worth of penalties, which are detailed in the following:
- One willful violation for allowing employees to work without fall protection, with a penalty of $46,200. An inspector observed employees working at heights up to 30 feet without fall protection.
- One repeat violation for failing to provide employees with fall protection training, with a penalty of $9,240.
- And four violations, which include failing to ensure that worker use head
