5:01 pm Police responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident on Elm Street and arrested Ronald D. Vater, 26, of 124 Lane Drive, Norwood on charges of driving under the influence of drugs as a second offense, possession of heroin, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, and a marked lanes violation.
6:14 p.m. Police responded to assist fire personnel on Neponset Street and issued summons to Anthony Cossette, 49, of 159 Helm St., North Attleboro, Jacob Way, 21, of 471 Broadway, North Attleboro, and Nichola Cossette, 21, of 24 Lincoln Ave., Plainville for possession of a Class B drug.
6:25 p.m. Police responded to a report of malicious damage at Tower Hill Center for Health and Rehabilitation on Meadowbrook Way.
11:23 p.m. Police responded to a report of a dispute on York Street. Services rendered.
