London isn’t the only town celebrating the Olympic spirit! The staff at Best Friends Pet Care in Marietta is hosting its Doggy Olympic Games through Aug. 9, and local canines will be jumping—literally—through hoops to capture the gold.
There will be plenty of action including gymnastics, diving and wrestling, along with medal presentations to the winners.
“Our doggy day campers love to run, jump and wrestle, so we knew an Olympics event would be perfect for us,” Marietta Best Friends Manager Biya Khan said. “And the dogs really don’t care who wins or loses—they just love playing the games!”
