Bragg Jam makes sweet sounds again
Swelteringly hot weather didnt stop a large crowd from coming out to enjoy Bragg Jam on early in the evening Saturday.
Macons annual music festival featured 46 musical acts performing at 12 venues. The stages ranged from an all-ages, no-smoking lineup of performances at Terminal Station to 21-and-up only at The Hummingbird Stage and Taproom. A $20 armband earned festival goers admission into each venue.
Bragg Jam started in 2005 to bring live music Macon. A recognized non-profit, the festival has donated $150,000 to the Ocmulgee Heritage Trail, as well as making smaller donations to local groups that promote music, the arts and nature.
