- Christopher Steven Canup, s24, 976 Atlanta Highway, Auburn, charged with probation violation and failure to appear
- Rene Tomas Chavez, 32, 454 Evergreen Way, Winder, charged with driving while license withdrawn and probation violation
- Bradley Dewayne Church, 20, 197 James St., Winder, charged with disorderly conduct
- Joseph Vinson Cleveland, 32, 3022 Mount View Road, Gainesville, charged with probation violation
- Sammy Cobb Jr., 46, 112 Cain St., Waynesboro, charged with probation violation
- Dana Marie Day, 38, 210 E. Fifth Ave., Winder, charged with criminal trespass
- Douglas Arnold Dean II, 41, 120 Second Apt. 16, Winder, charged with simple battery
