The following individuals were arrested and booked into the Barrow County Detention Center from April 20 through 22, 2012.
- Christopher Marshall Adams, 22, 282 Apperson Drive, Apt. 17, Winder, charged with willful obstruction of law enforcement officers, driving while license withdrawn and probation violation
- Steven Scott Baughman, 21, 831 Lodgeview Drive, Bethlehem, charged with obstruction, illegal possession of controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of firearm or knife during commission of or attempt to commit felonies, carrying a concealed weapon and carrying a pistol without a license
- Kevin Britt Ferguson, 31, 9 Johns St., Winder, charged with two counts probation violation
- Michelle Leigh Frady, 26, 171 Shields St., Winder, charged with battery (family violence)
- Timothy Mark Freeman, 48, 264 Dyno Trail, Statham, charged with theft by receiving stolen property, probation violation, possession of methamphetamine and probation revocation
- Melissa Jane Friel, 36, 1285 Brookston Drive, Dacula, charged with probation violation
