The Bucks on the Street campaign added its newest addition earlier this week, as sponsors Georgia Commerce Bank and Three dedicated and unveiled the “B.A. Buck” to Zone 2 police in appreciation of their service.

The dedication took place at B.A.’s new home, Charlie Loudermilk Park, where Roswell and Piedmont roads intersect.

“Buckhead is a stronger community than ever in 2012 and we are proud to serve this community,” said Chief George Turner of Zone 2. “We appreciate the Bucks on the Street project, Georgia Commerce Bank and Three for providing this unique opportunity to support Livable Buckhead’s efforts.”

Bucks on the Street is a community project meant to instill a sense of excitement and pride for those who live, work and/or play in Buckhead. The project was founded in 2010 by Elizabeth Gill and Donna Kain, past-presidents of the Buckhead Business Association.
