Interested in visiting a Tuscan garden? You can do so Friday night, during a benefit for the Athens Symphony. People will be heading to Gracewood Villa in Bishop for an evening of food, music and strolling in beautiful gardens. The $100 tickets benefit the Symphony. You have to make reservations easly.
The Athens Mothers Center welcomes new and returning moms today from 9:30am until 11:30am at its meeting at St. Gregory’s the Great Episcopal Church. Come, bring your littles, find friends and support for the journey of motherhood.
Oh, boy, does this sound great. UGA’s Collegium Musicum, an early music ensemble, will present a spring concert at 6:30pm in the Founders’ Garden on North Campus.. You’ll hear instrumental and vocal works from the Medieval, Renaissance and early baroque eras, as well as a modern piece. The concert is free.
