The works of famous artists Mary Cassatt, Henri Matisse, Andy Warhol, Michelangelo and Georgia O’Keefe will be the teaching aids for this summer’s Artscape outdoor education classes for children at East Cobb Park.
The Artscape program, which runs from May 31 to Aug. 8, is open to children ages 5-10. Classes are each Thursday from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m., and the final day of the program will feature and art show and celebration.
Each of the nine classes costs $15 per child, including the final class. Parents may register online here, and follow updates on weather and other program information on Artscape’s Facebook page.
