For an Acworth man accused of peeping on a woman in her home, it was his own distinctive tattoos that led to his arrest.
About 2 p.m., the 50-year-old woman, a resident of Lake Shore Circle in Acworth, spotted him walking near Lake Acworth behind her home and called 911, Bartow County Sheriff’s Office authorities said in a press release.
Chase Thomas Kirby, 25, also of Lake Shore Circle, was positively identified—due to his several distinctive tattoos—as the alleged peeping Tom who committed lewd sexual acts and exposed himself in front of the woman’s home surveillance cameras.
Kirby was arrested and charged with stalking, public indecency and criminal trespass. About 6 p.m., he was waiting to complete jail booking procedures.
